product. ux. experience twenty-five years of layouts, pixels, caffeine, and deadlines. somehow still invited to meetings.
i help teams figure out what's worth building and how to make it work for real people. research when it matters, design when it helps, honesty the rest of the time. i've led projects across health, retail, finance, and government – generally the messy bits after the slide decks.
i've watched digital go from frontier to furniture. survived flash, responsive web, mobile-first, design systems, ai tooling, and whatever's changing everything this month. what hasn't changed: most products still fail because teams build the wrong thing, or the right thing badly, or can't tell the difference.
good design is mostly invisible.
the rest is just noise!
i don't do jargon or pretending everything's fine when it isn't. i'll tell you what's broken, why it's broken, and how to fix it. there's also usually an awkward silence after i've finish talking. if you can handle that – we'll get on. otherwise, there's always linkedin.
